INGREDIENTS NOTES:

ALMOND FLOUR:

  • We can use the superfine, blanched almond flour to make a light, fluffy, and moist cake. But we should not have to use the almond meal because it may cause the cake to become dense or grainy.

COCONUT FLOUR:

  • We can use the small quantity of coconut flour to make this cake since it absorbs moisture and adds structure. Almond flour should not be used in place of 1:1.

PSYLLIUM HUSK POWDER:
