OIL:

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pick a tray of baking & you have the choice of either covering it with parchment or only applying oil to it.
- If you only oil the tray, it will cause your florets to get more burn.
- Switch the oven to warm it to 204 degrees C before starting your work.
BAKING:
- Pick a big bowl & add the florets of cauliflower.
- Coat them well with the oil of olives.
- Spread powdered peppercorns & salt, etc.
- Toss them well to season in a proper way.
- Start arranging the florets one by one.

TIPS:
It is always better to use fresh cauliflower for the recipe. If using a frozen one, defrost it well before starting work.
If you wish to turn the recipe into a vegan one then swap the dairy butter with either oil of olives/avocado or vegan butter.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
FRIDGE:
If you plan to make & then store the buffalo florets for 3 or 4 days, then don’t mix the buffalo sauce right after baking. As it makes them soft.
Use the fridge to keep the baked cauliflower florets in the locked vessel.
FREEZER:
We usually don’t recommend to freeze them as they get soft after defrosting. If that is okay with you then you may store them in the locked vessel using the freezer for 100 or 120 days.
REHEAT:
warm them at a lower temperature for 10 or 12 min. This will give you a more crispier result.
