Ingredients:

  • Salt: 2 tsp.
  • Ground beef: 2 pounds.
  • Horseradish burger sauce:
  • Sour cream: 1 tbsp.
  • Prepared horseradish: 1-2 tbsp.
  • Hot sauce: 1/2 tsp.
  • Salt.
  • Garlic cloves: 1.
  • Mayonnaise: 1/4 cup.
  • Dijon’s mustard: 1 tbsp.

Instructions:

  1. Warm up the grill to 450–500 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Split the ground meat into six equal pieces.
  3. Using parchment paper or a flat surface, firmly flatten each chunk of ground beef into a ball shape.
  4. Make a good center for each patty by simply pressing down with your thumb.
  5. It is good to keep it from rising while it cooks.
  6. Apply cooking oil spray to the grill grate or use tongs to remove it with an oil-dipped paper towel.
  7. Burgers should be placed on the grill grate and mixed over the flame. Cook through to the desired consistency.
  8. Cook for 4 minutes and mix it perfectly. Then add it to the serving area.
