Keto Cheesecake Bars

Keto cheesecake bars an easy to make and is healthy for those who wants to consume low carbs.It provides you a sweet taste and is made with almond flour, granular sweetener and melted butter.

Keto Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients:

Crust:

  • Almond flour 1 cup
  • Melted butter 5 tbsp.
  • Granular sweetener 3 tbsp.

Filling:

  • Cream cheese 16 oz
  • Eggs 2 large
  • Powdered sweetener 1 cup
  • Sour creram 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla extract 1/4 tsp.

Instructions:

 

  1. Heat ups your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Use a 9×9 baking tray and spray it with cooking spray.
  3. Use another bowl, and mix the melted butter, almond flour and granular sweetener.
  4. Combine all the ingredients with a spatula.
  5. Now pour the mixture in the dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Put the baking tray in the oven and then bake it for 20 to 22 minutes.
  7. Now cool it at room temperature.
  8. Take another bowl, add the cream cheese and sweetener and mix its by using an electric mixer until it get smooth.
  9. Now add eggs and vanilla extract and beat it for a minute.
  10. Now add the sour cram and then mix it until well mixed.
  11. Add the mixture all over the crust evenly.
  12. Place again ins the pre heated oven and then bake again for half an hour.
  13. Allow your cheesecake bars to cool.
  14. Refrigerate for about an hour then it is ready to be served.
