Keto cheesecake bars an easy to make and is healthy for those who wants to consume low carbs.It provides you a sweet taste and is made with almond flour, granular sweetener and melted butter.
Ingredients:
Crust:
- Almond flour 1 cup
- Melted butter 5 tbsp.
- Granular sweetener 3 tbsp.
Filling:
- Cream cheese 16 oz
- Eggs 2 large
- Powdered sweetener 1 cup
- Sour creram 1/4 cup
- Vanilla extract 1/4 tsp.
Instructions:
- Heat ups your oven to 350 degrees.
- Use a 9×9 baking tray and spray it with cooking spray.
- Use another bowl, and mix the melted butter, almond flour and granular sweetener.
- Combine all the ingredients with a spatula.
- Now pour the mixture in the dish and spread it evenly.
- Put the baking tray in the oven and then bake it for 20 to 22 minutes.
- Now cool it at room temperature.
- Take another bowl, add the cream cheese and sweetener and mix its by using an electric mixer until it get smooth.
- Now add eggs and vanilla extract and beat it for a minute.
- Now add the sour cram and then mix it until well mixed.
- Add the mixture all over the crust evenly.
- Place again ins the pre heated oven and then bake again for half an hour.
- Allow your cheesecake bars to cool.
- Refrigerate for about an hour then it is ready to be served.
