You can make your kid’s favorite snacks at home by following the Keto Cheetos recipe. The taste combo of these snacks is very crispy or crunchy. These Cheetos are very low in carbohydrates, containing only one net carb. They are light to eat at any time. The ready-made Cheetos have artificial flavors or chemicals.   • ¼ cup of nutritional yeast
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Notes on ingredients:

Nutritional yeast:
The addition of the nutritional yeast makes the Cheetos crispy or crunchy. It allows your snacks to become fluffy also.
Cayenne pepper:
Add one and a half teaspoon of pepper to make them spicy. The pepper gives a good taste to these snack recipes.
Avocado oil:
The oil is used to fry the snacks to make them crispy or crunchy. You can use any available oil; make sure it is fragrance-free.
Cheddar cheese:
For good taste add the frozen cheddar cheese, it gives a good taste to your Cheetos.

Instructions:

Follow the instructions to make your snacks crispy:

 

  1. To make your Cheetos, warm up your oven to 200 Fahrenheit.
  2. Take the plain baking tray or add the baking sheet or butter paper to it.
  3. First, take your frozen cheese (any cheese you can use like mozzarella or parmesan as well), add it to the blender or food processor, and blend it to become the shape of crumbs.
  4. Blend the cheese for 12 to 14 minutes in full speed of blender.
  5. Then take cream of tartar or white eggs, add them into the bowl, and whisk them.
  6. Add the other given ingredients into the mixture like paprika, avocado oil, yeast, and salt or garlic powder.
  7. You can also use the electric beater for this purpose, now add the almond flour (use the moisture-free almond flour it gives the crispy taste to our snacks) or again beat it.
  8. Add the crumbs of (any cheese you can use like mozzarella or parmesan as well) cheese, which we make, and use the rubber spatula to fold the cheese into the batter.
  9. Do not over-mix the cheese in the batter; you just have to fold it in the mixture.
  10. Cover the mixture of Cheetos with the plastic sheet for almost 10 minutes at normal room temperature.
  11. After this add the mixture (do not overload the plastic bag with the mixture) into the plastic zip bag to make the shape of the snacks.
  12. Cut one edge of the bag, of about ¼ inches, and then pipe the batter into the flat baking tray.
  13. The length of the Cheetos is according to your choice, so make sure not to make them too big.
  14. Place these Cheetos trays in the oven.
  15. Left or leave the tray in to the oven for 30 almost minutes. It makes the crispy crust of our keto snacks.
  16. Turn off the oven, or leave the snacks for more than 10 minutes to dry them properly.
  17. For the serving of these snacks sprinkle some spices (ginger powder or cayenne pepper).

In fridge:
To store Cheetos in the fridge, make sure the snacks are chilled then pack them into a plastic bag or store them for 3 to 5 days.
At freezer:
The taste of these snacks becomes useless if you keep them in the freezer.
At room temperature:
