  • 0.5 tsp. of powdered onion
  • A cup of cream, heavy

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Warm up the empty oven at 190 degrees C & get to work.
  2. Apply a coat of oil/butter to your dish(baking).
  3. Make one bite cubes of the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle salt & pepper and mix them well to season properly.
  5. Place a skillet/saucepan over a normal flame along with butter/oil(olives).
  6. Include the garlic in it as the oil warms up/butter melts.
  7. Cook the garlic till it becomes fragrant.
  8. Next, include the cream & cream cheese to the fragrant garlic.
  9. Mix till they melt & look like a smooth paste.
  10. Then include parmesan, powdered onion & black pepper.

TIPS:

  • We don’t need the powdered black pepper. So, crack the black pepper fresh before using. It will give you the deeper “Pepe” flavor.
  • Cream cheese plays an important role to thicken our sauce & keep it well combined. So, it’s better not to avoid it.
  • There is an option of using the cooked chicken as well, but raw chicken will more greatly absorb the sauce & will develop more flavor because it requires more time to cook.
  • You can also double the quantity of sauce if you like a more creamy & saucy dish.
  • After the chicken gets tender & the cheese melts, shift the dish to the top rack to brown the cheese.

  • Pack the leftover chicken with its sauce in a box(airtight). Refrigerate it for ~four days. Reheat in the oven at 300 degrees F & enjoy within four days.

May I include some veggies in the bake?

  • Sure! you may go for the low-carb veggies like spinach, mushrooms, broccoli, etc., to the sauce mix & then bake as directed.

Can I go for thighs of chicken instead of its breast?

  • Sure! Thighs contain some amount of fat, which will make your dish more flavorful & juicy. Just prepare them in pieces of the same size for even cooking.
