Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Tear off half a tablespoon of thyme leaves (two for four people). Potatoes should be cut into one-quarter-inch slices.

  9. Cover it and stir it more minutes about six minutes, stirring now and then, till the asparagus is crisp-tender.
  10. Take the pot off the burner. Incorporate 1/3 the quantity of parsley. Add salt and spices for seasoning, and mix well.
  11. Arrange the barramundi and the potato and asparagus among platters. Accompany it with a lemon basil dip. If wanted, squeeze a lime zest above it.
