Pumpkin is the main and healthy ingredient in the fudge. You can use pumpkin puree or roast pumpkin for use in the recipe.
Oil or GHEE:
I use very healthy coconut butter, which is healthy, but you can use cooking oil or ghee; both are nondairy items.
SPICES:
To make it delicious, I use cinnamon, ginger, vanilla essence, nutmeg, ground cloves, and sea salt. You can substitute pumpkin spice for all the spices.
COCONUT FLOUR:
To make the mixer thick, I use one spoon of coconut flour.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Include all the items in the pot & stir with a spoon.
- Mix all ingredients on the stove on medium or low flame.
- Keep ready your container with parchment paper.

- Cut the complete chilled fudge into square bars.
NOTES:
Blackstrap molasses makes this fudge more delicious, so you can add 1 teaspoon of it for better taste. It has very low sugar.
