Keto Everything Bagel Bread is soft fathered dough rolled into balls and tossed with everything bagel seasoning. Keto Everything Bagel Bread is tasty pull-apart bread. Fathead dough is basically prepared from cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, flour of almond, and baking powder. They become widely popular and people can make it in their ways for their keto recipes. I use a mixture of flour of almond and flour of coconut with a tub of cream cheese to give softness to the dough and to make it rise. INGREDIENTS:
EVERYTHING BAGEL SEASONING:
- 2 tsp. seeds (poppy)
- 2 tsp. seeds (sesame)
- 1 tsp. dried flakes (garlic)
- 1 tsp. Off-dried flakes (sesame)
- ½ tsp. of salt
DOUGH:
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 6 tbsp. coconut flour
- ¼ cup whey protein powder (unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 8 ounces of shredded mozzarella
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp. melted butter

INSTRUCTION:
SEASONING:
- Take a bowl.
- Add 2tsp. seeds (poppy), 2tsp. seeds (Sesame), 1 tsp. Dried flakes (garlic); 1 tsp. Dried flakes (onion), ½ tsp. Salt.
- Mix them well with the whisk.
DOUGH:
- Heat-up the oven at three-seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit.
- Take an 8-inch metal baking pan and apply oil with the brush.
- Take the oven-proof ramekin place it upside down in the center and brush the oil on the sides of the ramekin.
- Take a medium bowl and add 1 cup almond flour, 6 tbsp. Of coconut flour, ¼ cup whey powder, 1 tbsp. of baking powder, and ½ tsp. of garlic powder.
- Mix all of them with the whisk.
- Take microwave microwave-safe bowl and add 8 ounces of Mozzarella cheese melt it at 30-second intervals and mix in between till it melts completely.
- Add the almond flour mixture, 2 large eggs, and sour cream, and mix everything with the silicon spatula.
- Work quickly with the spatula and form uniform dough.
ASSEMBLY:
- Wet your hands and roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
- Put the balls in the baking pan and form a layer with it.
- Grease the layer with the butter (melted) and sprinkle the seasoning.
- Place another layer of dough balls brush the layer with melted butter and sprinkle seasoning.
- Do the same method till all the dough is finished.
- Put the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes till the bread is brown and is fluffed up from the top.
- Put the dough out from the oven and cool down for 20 mints.
- Add the melted butter and seasoning together and mix it.
- Apply the mixture of butter and seasoning over the bread.
- Remove the ramekin from the center and fill it with cream cheese and boursin for dipping.
- Your Keto Everything Bagel Bread is ready.
TIPS:
- Prep your pan in advance so you quickly do the process and put it to bake. It helps to raise the bread more quickly.
- It is non-compulsory to place the ramekin in the center; this is a delightful technique to dish out the bread.
- You can serve the dip in the other bowl as well.
- The use of protein powder helps to raise the dough also it gives the best flavor; so this is not an optional thing.
- You can use egg white protein as a substitute for whey powder.
- Kindly do not use collagen powder as a substitute because it makes the thing like gummy.
- Wet your hand before making balls of dough because it is stickier than normal fat-head dough.
- Wetting your hands helps to reduce the stickiness.

- Put this bread in an airtight container and store it for 2 weeks in the fridge and 2 months in the freezer.
Can we use any other flour in place of almond flour?
- You may not use any other flour. I made the combination of the flour based on the requirements and it works perfectly.
Is it necessary to place the ramekin in between the dough?
- Ramekin is placed just the make the cavity between them to serve the sauce, you can make it without placing the ramekin.
