INSTRUCTIONS:

SEASONING AND GRILLING CHICKEN

  1. Apply the olive oil very well on all sides of the chicken breasts.
  2. Now mix salt, oregano, black pepper, and coriander in a little bowl. Sprinkle the spice mix on all the chicken breasts on all sides. Make sure that you apply spice mix to cover the chicken surface well.
  3. Meanwhile, heat your grill well and apply oil to it with the help of a kitchen cloth dipped in the oil.
