- A cup of warm water (divided)

WATER:
There is no need to use boiled water. Use half an amount of water to make the sugar syrup. We have to make the sugar syrup with the remaining half of the water.
FLAVORING:
You may try other flavors as well, like the essence of caramel/peppermint. You have to go for vanilla essence if you are planning to make the regular & basic flavor marshmallows.
GELATIN:
Always use unflavored & grass-fed gelatin in your recipes. If you want to avoid the clumps, then try your level best to use a good brand of powdered gelatin.
SALT:
As it is a dessert, thus, salt is useless. Still, if you include a pinch of salt, it will spike the whole taste.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Working & preparation:
- Pick a square pan (8 by 8 inches) & spread parchment in it.
- Now, place a big vessel on your working bench.
- Include 0.5 cups of water in it that settles in the bottom.
- Spread the powder of gelatin over water & mix well using a whisk.
- Let the gelatin soak; meanwhile, use the saucepan.
- Include the sweetener (powdered), water, & salt in it.
- Place the saucepan over low-normal flame.
- Heat till the sweetener dissolves & you see the bubbles appearing on the edges.
- At this point, turn the flame off & place the saucepan down from the stove.
- Include vanilla essence & combine it well.
- Now, transfer the sugar syrup to the vessel of soaked gelatin.
- Combine it well using a whisk in a continuous manner.
- Plug in the electric mixer (hand) & insert it into the bowl of mixture.
- Start the mixer at full speed till stiff peaks form.
- Shift that mixture into the parchment-lined pan.
Setting & Cutting:
- Level the mixture & shift it to the refrigerator.
- You may store it in the cold storage for straight 8 hours/the whole night.
- Pull the pan out of the fridge once the marshmallows are set.
- Pick from the two opposite & extended ends of parchment.
- Place it on the kitchen shelf.
- Use a sharp knife to square up the marshmallows.
- Roll each piece of marshmallows in keto sweetener (powdered).
