  • Large heavy-bottomed Soup pot 1
  • Silicone spoon 1
  • Set of Measuring cups and spoons.
  • Strainer 1

INGREDIENTS:

  • 454 grams of Oysters dipped in Water.
  • 1 Tablespoon of powdered Onion.
  • 4 Tablespoons of butter, Unsalted.
  • One-fourth teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder.
  • 1/4 tsp. of Paprika powder.
  • One-fourth teaspoon of powdered Garlic.
  • 1 teaspoon of Celery Salt.
  • 1/4 tsp. of white pepper.
  • 1 sprig of Thyme.
  • Three cups of thickened cream.
  • 1 cup of Dairy white wine.

INSTRUCTIONS:

PREPARATION:
  1. Slice your Oysters into small pieces, if they are huge.
  2. Drain all the water and store it for later use because the water has most of its taste.

COOKING

  1. Take a large soup pot and put it on a medium flame.
  2. Add Butter and wait till it melts.
  3. Once the butter melts add the oysters and simmer them for a few minutes until they begin to stiffen up.
  4. Add all the seasonings mentioned above and white wine.
  5. Wait until it begins to simmer.
  6. Mix water in the stored Oyster liquid to make it into cups.
  7. Add this prepared liquid, heavy cream, and thyme.
  8. Boil it while covered and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  9. Now, Remove it from heat, and take out the thyme sprig.

SERVING:

  1. Taste and adjust the seasonings according to your taste before serving.
  2. Serve in a bowl with sprinkle some Paprika Powder for Colour.

IMPORTANT TIP:

To add more taste to the Soup, make sure to reserve the liquid of Oysters because it has the whole nutrition and taste.

Pour the remaining soup into any sealed container and store it in the fridge for 3 days.

FREEZER:

You can keep the soup for one month in the freezer as well.
