SWEETENER: Any sweetener with granules will work for cake. Go for a brown sugar substitute in powder form for crumb topping.
COCONUT FLOUR: You are welcome to use an additional amount of almond flour if you don’t want to use coconut flour. If you want the crumb topping to have a more crispy texture then coconut flour will help you to achieve that.

INSTRUCTIONS:
PREPARATION:
1. Take a 9 by 9 baking mould and apply the layer of oil at the bottom and sides to avoid sticking the cake.
2. Turn the oven on to heat it to 162 degrees Celsius then start your work.
MAKE TOPPING:
1. Add coconut flour, salt, almond flour, and brown sugar replacement in a bowl and mix well to combine.
2. Now add butter to it. Mix to make it crumble like wet sand.
