Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of flank steak
  • Red bell pepper ½ (slices)
  • 1 large onion (slices)
  • ¼ cup of beef broth
  • Green bell pepper ½ cup slices
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Three tablespoons (avocado or olive oil)
  • Gluten-free soy sauce 2 teaspoons
  • 1 teaspoon of kosher or sea salt
  • Ginger-garlic paste 2 tablespoons
  • One tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • Xanthan gum one teaspoon
  • One tomato (slices)

Beef:
Use the fresh and juicy one, and then wash it. Drain it by keeping it in the strainer.
Take the sharp knife and cut the beef into the thin large slices.
Xanthan gum:
This creates the thick and sticky texture of our recipe, which is good for eating.
Soy sauce: Use the gluten-free.
Beef broth: Use the less salty or keto-friendly beef broth in this recipe.
Red and green bell peppers: Use both fresh and cut them into thin slices.

Bell pepper:
The bell peppers are the main ingredients of this recipe. You can use any color of the bell pepper like the green, red, and yellow.
Xanthan gum:
You can also skip this ingredient in this recipe; it’s not for the flavor purpose.

Instructions:

  1. Glow the flame and put the large skillet in it, or also add the estimated oil.
  2. Heat it, and then add the thin beef slices.
  3. Sprinkle some cayenne pepper or black pepper, beef broth, and salt (sea, kosher).
  4. To remove any smell add the garlic-ginger paste into the beef and wait for it to become translucent.
  5. Flip or change the side of the beef slices and cook the beef from all the sides.
  6. Now add the slices of vegetables like red bell pepper, onions, green bell pepper, and tomatoes.
  7. Cover the skillet for five minutes, to soften all the slices of the vegetables.
  8. Remove the cover and add the soy sauce, turmeric powder, xanthan gum, and lime juice.
  9. Stir or mix with the wooden spatula for thirty seconds, and then off the flame.
  10. Serve it and make your meal special.
