INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • Four slices of bread (keto-friendly)
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sweetener
  • 3 tablespoons of (almond or coconut) milk
  • Two tablespoons of butter or ghee

INGREDIENT NOTES:

HEAVY CREAM:
We use the heavy cream in this recipe to make the toast creamy and smooth.

MILK:
You can use both the milk of almond and also the coconut in this recipe of toast.

VANILLA ESSENCE:
The vanilla essence is very good for removing the smell of the eggs from the toast and gives a good taste and smell.

Powder of Cinnamon:
The taste of the cinnamon in this recipe gives the best combo and taste.

BREAD:
Never use the ready-made bread in this recipe.

INGREDIENTS VARIATION:

You can replace the heavy cream with the cream cheese; it also gives good results in your recipe.
If you do not like the taste of the cinnamon in the toast, then skip it.
Use any powdered sweetener that you like to add to your breakfast meal.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Take the fresh keto bread and place it in the tray.
  2. Leave it to dry for some time.
  3. The dry bread gives the best results in this recipe.
  4. You can also place them for the whole night without covering them.
  5. Grab a large tray to make the dipping of the bread.
  6. Include pumpkin dip, eggs, cream, cinnamon (powder), and vanilla essence.
  7. Combine them thoroughly.
  8. Also, add the almond or coconut milk and the pumpkin puree to the mixture of eggs.
  9. Again, stir it and make the desired texture.
  10. Now dip dry bread in this mixture.
  11. Leave it for 4 to 5 minutes until it becomes soaking properly.
  12. Grab a pan to golden fry the bread.
  13. Locate the cube of butter in the center or middle of the pan.
  14. Leave it for 90 to 120 seconds to become melted and brown.
  15. Now add the soaked pieces of bread to the pan.
  16. Let this bread cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  17. Verify that the flame is burning at a moderate to minimal temperature.
  18. Shift the side of the bread after 5 minutes and cook it.
  19. Now your toast is ready!
  20. For the topping, you can drizzle some keto maple sauce and also the powdered sweetener.

The freezer is not suitable for storing these pumpkin toast; they will become tasteless and watery.
