Keto Rainbow Cake

The Keto Rainbow Cake gives a good impression at the time of serving. In this recipe, we make the cake by using three rainbow colors, red, yellow, and green. There are three colorful layers of almonds cake to separate them we coated them with jam.  This recipe will brighten up your dinner table as the serving of dessert. We can replace the use of jam by adding the sweetener into the room temperature water and coating it in each layer with the help of a brush.

Instructions

  1. We start this recipe, first switch on and pre-heat the oven to 200 F.
  2. Grab the baking tray to make the rainbow cake in the oven. This cake makes your life color full, it also gives you the best combo of flavors and tastes.
  3. Locate the parchment of baking paper in the entire baking tray and grease them with cooking oil.
  4. Then to make the dough grab the bowl and add the ingredients that contain moisture like butter, stevia, vanilla essence, eggs, and (sour and heavy) cream.
  5. Use the blender or electric mixer for the beating purpose, beat all the ingredients that are present in the bowl, and make a smooth texture.
  6. Now it’s time to add the moisture-free ingredients like almond flour and, a pinch of salt, and use the bester again to make dough.
  7. To make the rainbow cake you have to divide the dough into three different bowls.
  8. For this purpose grab three small bowls and evenly separate the mixture in each bowl.
  9. Then in the first bowl add the 10 drops of the red color and mix it to combine.
  10. Add 6 drops of green food color and mix the dough to become green properly.
  11. In the last bowl, add 3 drops of yellow color and mix it.
  12. Make sure all the dough has a thick texture from this; the cake gives good results.
  13. Now take the baking tray to add the layers of the cake, for this first add the red dough and tap the tray to set it.
  14. After that, add the jam of apricot and raspberry to separate the layers. Then put the yellow mixture in the baking tray for the second layer.
  15. Again, spread the jam, and lastly, add the green layer and tap it.
  16. Open the preheated oven and locate the baking tray in it to bake it.
  17. Rest or leave the tray in the oven for thirty to thirty-five minutes, but you can check your cake after 25 minutes for the safe side.
  18. Take your cake out of the oven after making sure that it is fully baked.
  19. Now to coat the cake with the chocolate: Take the keto chocolate, and cut it into small pieces.
  20. Add two tablespoons of milk and 1 tablespoon of oil and microwave it for one minute.
  21. Coat your cake with the chocolate layer and leave it in the fridge to relax it.
  22. After chilling, cut your cake into square pieces for the serving.
