For crust:

  • Baking powder: 2 tbsp.
  • Butter: 5 tbsp.
  • Psyllium husk: 2 tbsp.

For filling:

  • Lemon juice: 1 tbsp.
  • Heavy cream: 1/2 cup.
  • Cream cheese: 8 oz.

  • Strawberries: 1 cup.

Instructions:

  1. Warm the microwave to 350 °F. Wrap a tart pan with paper toweling or oil spray.
  2. Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl simply microwaving it for thirty seconds at a time.
  3. Mix in the baking powder, sodium chloride, psyllium husk, and almond flour.
  4. Put together all the items with the warm and hot butter and stir till completely combined and crumbly.
  5. To make a well for the cheesecake filling, too the crust batter into the tart pan, being careful to press it up the edges.
  6. Prepare the crust for fifteen minutes at 350 degrees Celsius.
