- Twelve ounces bulk hot Italian sausage
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3 pieces crushed garlic

ZUCCHINI:

BUTTER:
- utilize butter to make this smooth Alfredo sausage sauce, but you can also make this sauce with olive oil or ghee.
GARLIC:

INSTRUCTION:
- Take a large skillet & put the skillet on medium heat.
- Transfer the sausages in the skillet & cook these sausages for 5 – 8 minutes till they get cooked through.
- Then add the sausage in the bowl & then include the butter in the skillet.
- When the butter gets liquefied add the garlic in it then saute the garlic till it gets a nice brown color and fragrance.
- Pour the cream into the skillet and let it simmer, then low the heat to low and cook the cream till it gets thick for 5 – 8 minutes by mixing it with the whisk.
- Then add the parmesan cheese, sale, & black pepper powder in the skillet and mix it with the whisk.
- Put the sausage in the skillet and mix with the whisk to combine.
- We can also add additional cream if the sauce appears thick.
- Then place the zucchini noodles in a large bowl and put in the microwave for 2 minutes on high powder till they get soft.

TIPS:
- Zucchini noodles cook very quickly so don’t cook for more than 2 – 3 minutes otherwise they become mushy.
