- I used wild salmon in my recipe, you can use frozen one or farm one as well.

- I prefer to use low-fat cream cheese in this recipe. You can use full-fat cream cheese too.
Fresh lemon juice
- I used freshly squeezed lemon juice. I do not prefer to use bottled lemon juice.
Black pepper
- You can crush the fresh peppers (black). You can also use the store brought.
Cucumber
- I use the sliced cucumbers in this recipe. You can also use the almond crackers or any other keto crackers.
Chives
- I use the chives to garnish on the top. You can garnish it with red pepper flakes if you love spicy food.

INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, and pepper (black) to the food processor.
- Allow it to process for five minutes.
- Remove the paste from the side with the help of spoon.
- Add the mousse into the piping bag and pipe it over the cucumber slices.
- You can also make this dish in a large serving bowl by placing the cucumber in the bottom and then adding the mouse over it.
- Garnish the cucumber slices or serving dish with chopped chives.
TIPS
- Avoid adding salt in this dish, because smoked salmon is salty on its own, so there is no requirement for salt.
- You can also top this with chopped dill.
- If you are a spice lover, you can add red pepper flakes.
