INGREDIENTS:

  • Two without bone and skin chicken breasts
  • Two tbsp. olive oil or coconut oil
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • ½ green bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • A cup of broccoli florets
  • 1 piece garlic
  • ½ tbsp. fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp. tamari
  • 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • ½ tbsp. sesame oil
  • ½ tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 tsp. chili flakes
  • Salt & pepper

INSTRUCTION:

  1. Take the knife and cut the chicken into small pieces and apply the salt & pepper.
  2. Grab a large wok adds olive oil in the wok and warm the oil on medium to high heat.
  3. We can add the chicken and cook the chicken till it gets completely brown and completely cook for about 6 to 7 minutes.
  4. When it gets done remove the chicken from the wok and place it on the shelf.
  5. Add the leftover olive oil in the same wok and add the red & green bell pepper, onions, broccoli, and zucchini.
  6. Stir fry all the vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes or till the vegetables gets soft and crispier.
  7. After that include the minced garlic & ginger & cook for an additional one minute and mix them with the vegetables.
  8. Take a small bowl and add the almond butter, rice vinegar, chili flakes, tamari, and sesame oil.
  9. Combine the components with the whisk.
  10. We can return the cook chicken in the wok along with the vegetables.
  11. Transfer the sauce on the chicken and vegetables and toss them properly to cover everything.
  12. Cook the chicken & vegetables with the sauce for an extra two to three minutes to combine everything.
  13. When it is done take 4 serving bowls and divide among the four bowls equally.
