- One lb. without bone and skin chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

INSTRUCTION:
- We can cut the chicken fillets with a knife in the small pieces and put them in the medium mixing bowl.
- Take a small bowl and add the salt, dried oregano, pepper powder, lemon juice, crushed garlic, red pepper flakes and dried thyme.
- Mix them with the spatula.
- Add two tablespoon of olive or avocado oil in the dry ingredients and mix them properly; it helps the chicken to make it more flavorful and juicy.

- When the chicken gets properly cooked then low the flame.
- Add the cream in the chicken and mix well to combine it with the chicken.
- In this way the sauce will become slightly thick and it gives the dish richness and velvety texture.
- Again this is optional step we can easily omit this step if we don’t want to add the cream in it.
- Put the chicken bites on the serving platter and top the chicken bites with cut parsley.
