This Keto Mac and Cheese with Smoked Sausages is delicious. It is made with a combination of keto-friendly creamy and cheesy sauce with smoky sausages. Its creamy and cheesy sauce is prepared using almond flour instead of all-purpose flour and we use zoodles in place of traditional pasta to make this dish keto-friendly dish. The time for preparing this mac and cheese is reduced because of the usage of an air fryer. This recipe is not dairy-free because it utilized cheese to make this; we can replace the cheese with some dairy-free alternative to make this mac and cheese dairy-free. INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

INSTRUCTION:

  1. We use the spiralizer to make the zoodles from the zucchini.
  2. Pat dry the zoodles with the paper towel & put the zoodles in the corner.
  3. We can grab a big skillet and include the One tablespoon Butter & slices of sausages.
  4. Saute them at medium heat.
  5. Cook these sausages till they get brown for 5 to 7 minutes.
