INGREDIENTS:

DOUGH:

  • 2 cups flour

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Stir the olive oil, flour, warm water, yeast, and salt to prepare a soft dough.
  2. Wrap the dough and allow it to sit for almost thirty minutes.
  3. We preheat the olive oil in a pan & cook the garlic and onion till soft.
  4. Include the minced beef and cook till completely cooked and browned.
  5. Put in the black pepper, tomato, salt, cumin, oregano, and paprika.
  6. Cook the mixture for just three minutes.
  7. Whisk in fresh parsley and allow the filling to cool lightly.
  8. Distribute the dough into four portions and then we roll every portion into a circle.
  9. Put the minced meat filling & cheese in the middle.
  10. We fold the dough on the filling and close the corners perfectly.
  11. Carefully flatten all the stuffed bread.
  12. Cook in a gently oiled pan for only three minutes on all the sides till fully cooked and become golden.
  13. Slice and serve hot.
