INSTRUCTIONS:
- Stir the sugar, warm water, and yeast.
- Cool for almost five minutes.
- Include flour, olive oil, and salt.
- After kneading into a smooth dough, give it an hour to rise.
- We blanch the Swiss chard leaves in boiling water for one minute, then we cool them in ice water.
- Strain out them and cut off the thick stems.
- Preheat the olive oil in a pan.
- Cook the onion till soft, including the garlic, and then cook the meat.
- Whisk in the pepper, oregano, salt, paprika, and cumin.
- Off the flame and whisk in dill, feta, and parsley.
- Put almost two tbsp. of filling on all the Swiss chard leaves,
- We fold the sides and tightly roll them.
- Distribute the dough into eight equal pieces.
- Each piece should be rolled flat and wrapped around one filled Swiss chard roll, closing the ends.
- Stir the olive oil, flour, milk, baking powder, egg, and salt to prepare the batter.
- Gently coat all the dough-wrapped rolls.
- Put them on a sheet, coat with olive oil, and bake for almost thirty-five minutes at 375°Fahrenheit.
- Cool them for almost ten minutes and then serve.
