INGREDIENTS NOTES:

SHRIMP:

  • We have to use the big shrimp to make the perfect dish. We can use fresh shrimp as well as frozen shrimp also; but if we use the frozen shrimp then we have to properly thaw the shrimp before the use.

CAULIFLOWER RICE:

  • We can pulse the fresh cauliflower florets in the food processor; we can also use the store brought rice as well or we can also use the frozen cauliflower rice also but we just have to squeeze the water of the frozen ones properly.

LIME JUICE:

  • We use the fresh lime juice and zest because it is necessary for the zesty, vibrant flavor. You can also use the bottled lime juice but the fresh is best.

CILANTRO:

  • We use the fresh cilantro for the best flavor. We can also use the parsley can be used as a milder alternative of cilantro.

AVOCADO OIL:

  • We can also use the avocado oil or olive oil as a substitute of butter, which adds richness, particularly in Whole30 or dairy-free versions.

GARLIC:

INSTRUCTION

  1. We can warm the olive oil on moderate flame in a large skillet.
  2. Then we can rice the cauliflower in the food processor and cook it for five to seven minutes till it becomes soft.
  3. Season the rice with black pepper & salt.
  4. Garnish the cauliflower rice with the lemon juice and cilantro and put aside.
