MEAT BALLS:

  • I use my homemade meat balls that do not contain bread crumbs for binding purpose. They have gluten-free version of meat balls to but they taste worse. I came across some keto meat balls but they are so expensive.

TOMATO SAUCE

  • It is so difficult to find low-carb and free of sugar tomato sauce. You can use Rao’s or Yo Mamma’s Food tomato sauce, it has no added carbs in it just check the label before buying.

MOZZARELLA:

  • Grate the block of mozzarella yourself and avoid pre-shredded mozzarella to prevent yourself from excess carbs.

GRATED PARMESAN:

  • Grate your parmesan by yourself. It has a batter flavor that pre-shredded parmesan.
