Easy Keto Oopsies

Easy Keto Oopsies. These might not be the prettiest keto bread alternative out there, but they’re definitely one of the best options!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup cream cheese or mascarpone cheese (3.5 oz/100g)
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F/150°C.
  • From the yolks, separate the egg whites and add the egg whites into a larger bowl.
  • Until it gets stiff, beat the egg whites.
  • Into a separate bowl, add the egg yolks and the rest of the ingredients and mix them well.
  • To the beaten egg whites, add the egg yolk mixture and stir until you have an even mixture.
  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread the mixture. Tip: You can make several small "buns" or over the baking sheet, you can spread the mixture and cut it into squares after baking.
  • For about TWENTY FIVE minutes, bake the oopsies, until it gets golden brown.
  • Enjoy it warm/cold.

Notes

Tip: As a white bread substitute, the oopsie buns are great and can be topped with whatever you like, if you like it savory, for example cream cheese and pepperoni or if you like it sweet, with our keto hazelnut spread.
But to make sandwiches or even as a hot dog bun, you can also use them as burger buns.
Storage: In an airtight container, store the keto oopsies for up to 2-3 days in the fridge.
Tip: You can also freeze these oopsies!
With a layer of aluminum foil and plastic wrap, wrap them and freeze them.
For about 1 hour, let them defrost at room temperature when you're ready to enjoy them.
If you prefer to eat them warm, you can reheat your oopsies in the oven/toaster oven.
