Keto Ranch Meatballs

Ranch Chicken Meatballs are flavorful and created with only 4 ingredients. These are great for entertaining, especially at football and Super Bowl parties, and you can eat them as an appetizer or as a main dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of chicken meat
  • blanched almond flour, 3/4 cup
  • Ranch seasoning, dry, 2 teaspoons
  • 1 Egg

Instructions
 

  • Set the oven to 400 °F. If preferred, line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminium foil.
  • In a large bowl, add the egg, almond flour, Ranch seasoning, and the ground chicken; stir just until combined.
  • Form 24 1-inch meatballs with your hands, a tiny ice cream scoop, or a melon baller, and arrange them on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for TWENTY to TWENTY FIVE minutes.
  • Serve with a side of Ranch dressing for dipping.
