Keto Ranch Meatballs are flavorful and created with only 4 ingredients. These are great for entertaining, especially at football and Super Bowl parties, and you can eat them as an appetizer or as a main dish.

Up until lately, I never really enjoyed ranch dressing or anything with a ranch flavor. Then, after I realized I loved it, I went a little too far and put it on everything. jubilantly overboard.

I actually considered adding bacon and cheese to these. Perhaps someday, but for the time being, we adore these zesty meatballs exactly as they are.

My oldest son, who has been criticizing everything I’ve been cooking lately, absolutely loved these. He claimed that they resemble chicken nuggets in flavor but are superior.

Why This Recipe Is Effective

It takes hardly any time at all to make chicken meatballs.

To get the most vibrant Ranch flavour, I like to dip them in it.

These meatballs can be served as an appetizer or the main course. They make such a great snack for super bowl parties or game days.

Almond flour is used in this recipe to keep it low in carbohydrates.

Making Ranch Chicken Meatballs: A Recipe

Ingredients Required for This Recipe

1 pound of chicken meat
blanched almond flour, 3/4 cup
Ranch seasoning, dry, 2 teaspoons
1 egg

Set the oven to 400 °F.

In a large bowl, add the egg, almond flour, Ranch seasoning, and the ground chicken; stir just until combined. If the mix is too wet, gradually add more almond flour.

Chef’s Advice: Take care not to overwork the mixture as this could result in tough meatballs.

Form 24 1-inch meatballs with your hands, a tiny ice cream scoop, or a melon baller, and set them on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper or aluminium foil for easier cleanup.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Serve with a side of Ranch dressing for dipping.

Advice and Methods

Add a little more almond flour at a time if the meatball mixture is too wet.
Make sure not to overwork the mixture to prevent rough meatballs.
Keep(airtight container) leftovers in the refrigerator. Use in 3 to 4 days.
