- 1 pound of chicken meat
- blanched almond flour, 3/4 cup
- Ranch seasoning, dry, 2 teaspoons
- 1 Egg
- Set the oven to 400 °F. If preferred, line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminium foil. 
- In a large bowl, add the egg, almond flour, Ranch seasoning, and the ground chicken; stir just until combined. 
- Form 24 1-inch meatballs with your hands, a tiny ice cream scoop, or a melon baller, and arrange them on the baking sheet. 
- Bake for TWENTY to TWENTY FIVE minutes. 
- Serve with a side of Ranch dressing for dipping.
