Keto Mint Julep
Fresh mint, a traditional Kentucky bourbon, and a sugar-free simple syrup are used to make this delicious Keto Mint Julep. Net carbohydrates are NIL!

- 1 ounce keto simple syrup
- 2 ounce bourbon reduce to 1/2 ounce if you don't like sweet cocktails)
- 6 to 8 mint leaves with water and ice
Place your mint leaves, simple syrup, and 12-ounce cocktail glass in the glass. For around 30 seconds, muddle.
Pour bourbon and a little water, then top with crushed ice, mounding it over the top if you can.
For around 15 seconds, stir ferociously to combine the drink and cool the glass. Serve right away.
Low-carb simple syrup: Water (1 cup) and oil (1 tablespoon)
*Instead of using a whole ounce of simple syrup, use 1/2 ounce if you don't like sweet beverages.
