Keto Mint Julep

Fresh mint, a traditional Kentucky bourbon, and a sugar-free simple syrup are used to make this delicious Keto Mint Julep. Net carbohydrates are NIL!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce keto simple syrup
  • 2 ounce bourbon reduce to 1/2 ounce if you don't like sweet cocktails)
  • 6 to 8 mint leaves with water and ice

Instructions
 

  • Place your mint leaves, simple syrup, and 12-ounce cocktail glass in the glass. For around 30 seconds, muddle.
  • Pour bourbon and a little water, then top with crushed ice, mounding it over the top if you can.
  • For around 15 seconds, stir ferociously to combine the drink and cool the glass. Serve right away.

Notes

Low-carb simple syrup: Water (1 cup) and oil (1 tablespoon)
*Instead of using a whole ounce of simple syrup, use 1/2 ounce if you don't like sweet beverages.
