  • 2 tbsp. fresh sage
  • 1 lb. mushrooms
  • 4 cups chicken broth

INSTRUCTION:

  1. Place the large saucepan on the stove on moderate heat and add the butter to the pan.
  2. Cook the butter for three to four minutes or till it gets properly brown and has a nice aroma.
  3. Include the sage in the butter and cook for 1 more minute.
  4. Then add the mushrooms in them and sauté them for four to five minutes or till they get soft and little brown.
  5. Pour the chicken soup in the pan and bring a boil & then cook for more four to five minutes.
  6. When it is done; pour the soup in the food processor & process the soup till the soup gets smooth consistency.
  7. If the food processor is not large you can blend the soup in batches or utilize an immersion blender.
