Keto Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon is a very delicious, tasty, & garlicky steak that will melt in our mouth. This steak only required 20 minutes to get prepared. It is very easy to make and it has all the flavors of butter, garlic, & bacon in one dish. I make this steak with some unique method to avoid the sogginess of the bacon and my bacon will be super crispy with this recipe. This Keto Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon just requires very simple ingredients like salt, pepper, oil, butter, bacon, & steak to make this easily available in the grocery store or the pantry. EQUIPMENT:
- Paper towel
- Cast iron skillet
- Kitchen twine

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 8-oz. Filet mignon steaks
- 4 slices Bacon
- Two tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper powder
- One tbsp. Olive oil
- 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary
- 4 sprigs Fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp. Butter
- 4 pieces Garlic

INSTRUCTION:
- Properly dry the steak with a paper towel.
- Sprinkle the salt & black pepper powder on the steak and put it in the corner for thirty minutes.
- Take a large skillet which should be at ambient temperature.
- Place the slices of bacon on that skillet & then place the skillet on moderate to low heat.
- Cook them for three to six minutes and flip them in between till they release some fat but do not shrink entirely.
- Put the bacon on the paper towel so its extra grease is removed.
- Heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Take a slice of fillet mignon wrap the bacon around them and secure them with the chicken twine or toothpick.
- Make all the slices in this manner.
- Make a knot of rosemary & thyme with the kitchen twine. Put them in the side of the stove with garlic and butter.
- On the stove top fan then add the olive oil in the same skillet & heat the oil on medium to high heat.
- When it becomes very hot include the steak in the pan in one layer in the way that steak is one the pan not the bacon.
- Blister the steak for 2 to 3 minutes till the brown crust is appearing.
- Then turn the steak and add the butter & garlic in the skillet in the center of the steak. When the butter will gets melt add the rosemary & thyme in the melted butter and sear for one to two minutes from the second side till a brown crust is form.
- Turn the steak again so that the other side will also get immersed in the butter.
- Then put the skillet in the oven and bake them for two to three minutes at one-thirty degrees F.
- When it is done put it on the plate & place it in the corner for five minutes.
- After five minutes make the slices of the steak and serve the steak with the butter and sprinkle some fresh thyme leaves.
SERVING IDEAS:
- Bacon wrapped filet mignon goes well with the roasted cauliflower or air-fried asparagus; you can also serve this with balsamic Brussels sprouts or garlic butter green beans.
- You can also have this bacon-wrapped filet mignon with cauliflower rice or mashed cauliflower.
- Some fresh salad like cucumber & avocado salad or Caesar salad also pairs well with this Keto Bacon wrapped filet mignon.
TIPS:
- We should not precook our bacon too long because it should be remain soft so that we can wrap the bacon around the fillet mignon steak. If they will get crispy it will not be able to get wrapped easily.
- Utilize kitchen twine or tooth pick to hold the bacon; we can also use the toothpick to do the same but it may get burn whole in the oven.
- When the steak is prepare put in the pan immediately and place it in the corner for some time. If you leave the wrapped steak in the pan and it will get overcooked and juice will get dry.
- If you do not have the oven you can also cook on the stove on little bit low heat & just flip it frequently.

- We can store the remaining streaks in the air-tight box and keep them for 3 to 4 days.
FREEZER:
- Wrap the remaining steak with the wrap then place the steak in the close box and keep them for like 3 months.
REHEAT:
- If you want your steak to remain juicy then warm up in the air fryer for few minutes or in the skillet.
