Keto Cabbage Steaks

The Keto Cabbage Steaks are easy to prepare. Furthermore, not only these roasted cabbage steaks are quick and simple to prepare in your oven, but they’re also tasty, low in carbs, keto-friendly, vegan, and healthy. Moreover, unless you’re creating a salad, you don’t usually think of cabbage for supper, but when cooked in the oven, it becomes very delicate and delicious. Additonally, it goes well with almost anything, including steak, chicken, barbecue, and seafood.

Ingredients:

  • Cabbage head: 1.
  • Smoked paprika: 2 tsp.
  • Salt.
  • Garlic powder: 2 tsp
  • Olive oil: 2 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Turn the oven on to 400 F and put the paper towel into the baking pan.
  2. Wash the cabbage head and cut off the ends.
  3. To get four flat, 3/4-inch-thick cabbage discs, cut it in half and then in half again.
  4. Arrange them in a line on the baking sheet, drizzle with a good quantity of olive oil, and then season.
  5. Turn them over, then coat the other side with the olive oil.
  6. Broil until the outside leaves are browned and the interior is soft approximately 25 minutes.

Notes:

Add chopped tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and a sprinkle of olive oil on top of the roasted cabbage steaks. As a tasty garnish, you may even drizzle a bit of our homemade pesto sauce on top.

Storage information:

Should you have any extra oven-roasted cabbage steaks, keep them cool for a few days in an airtight container. Before serving, reheat them in the microwave, air fryer, or oven.
