Ingredients:

  • Butter 3 sticks
  • Instant yeast 1 tablespoon
  • Honey 1 teaspoon

Instructions:

  1. Add a sheet of plastic wrap, the sticks of butter, and cover it with another sheet of plastic wrap.
  2. Then, roll it properly and transfer it into the refrigerator.
  3. Whisk the ketogenic baking mix, warm water, eggs, butter, honey, instant yeast, and butter in the large mixing bowl mix them perfectly, cover them with the plastic wrap, and set them aside after spraying them with the vegetable oil.
  4. After 10 minutes, when the dough becomes soft, turn the dough into a square shape and fold each corner with frozen butter.
  5. Transfer the dough into the refrigerator after covering it with the plastic wrap and freeze it for 45 minutes.
  6. Cut the dough in the lengthwise.
  7. Trim the dough into the small slices and make it perfectly shape.
  8. When all the dough comes into shape, then, again cover it with plastic wrap and freeze it for 1 hour.
  9. Arrange the baking sheet with the parchment paper and turn the microwave to 400 degrees F.
  10. Brush the keto croissants with the egg and move it to the cooking paper.
  11. Bake it for 13 to 15 minutes and remove it from the microwave.
  12. Now, serve it.
