  • 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional, but it helps with texture)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any keto-friendly milk of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Sesame seeds or poppy seeds for topping (optional)

Instructions:

Preparing the Dough:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
