- Dijon mustard is used to give it a spicier flavor, regular mustard is also used here.

INSTRUCTIONS
Prep the noodles
- Take a strainer and drain the miracle noodles.
- Soak the noodles again in water for five minutes and drain them again with a strainer.
- Place a pan on a moderate flame and put the noodles in the pan.
- Stir fry the noodles until it starts to stick in the pan.
Combine the noodles
- In a bowl mix all five ingredients miracle noodles, cheddar cheese, cooked ham, dill pickle, and boiled eggs.
- Take a blender and pour mayonnaise and Dijon mustard and blend it.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture into the pasta mixture and mix it until combined well.
- Place it in the fridge to chill.
Serve
- The salad is ready to be served but it can taste better after it gets chilled overnight.
TIPS
- The miracle ziti noodles are large in size so you can the noodles to give them an original look and it is also easy to eat.
- I use Dijon mustard for a spicier flavor. You may also go for regular mustard here.
