This Keto Maple Walnut Fudge is very delicious, tasty & flavorful. This fudge is loaded with the same flavors as the classic one. It contains crispy walnuts and smooth keto maple syrup, and it is so creamy & smooth. This maple fudge features simple components butter, sugar-free Choco chips, collagen protein, sweetener, maple extract, walnuts, & salt that are easily present in our home or at the grocery store. You can easily store this Keto Maple Walnut Fudge in both the fridge & freezer for some time without a fair chance of its taste & texture. This fudge only takes one hour & 15 minutes to make this dessert. It contains only 3.7g of net carbs, & 3.8g of fiber in this thing.

INGREDIENTS:

  • ¾ cup almond butter
  • 4 ounces sugar-free white chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1/3 cup collagen protein powder
  • 3 tbsp. powdered Allulose
  • 1 & ½ tsp. maple extract
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

INSTRUCTION:

  • Put the 9×5 inch wax paper in the loaf pan.
  • Place the skillet of water on the heat and let it simmer.
  • Then put the heat-proof bowl over simmering water.
  • Add the chocolate chips, butter, & almond butter in the bowl & mix them properly with the spatula till they gets properly mix.
  • Mix the chopped walnuts in the bowl.
  • Then add salt, collagen protein powder, maple extract, and sweetener.
  • Mix all of them properly till they get smooth.
  • Then pour the mixture of the fudge in the pan and set it in the bottom and smooth the mixture from the top with the spatula.
  • Put the pan in the fridge till it gets firm for about one hour.
