    • We have to use the fine almond flour as it is gluten-free and keto-friendly for the soft, silky, and crunchy crust and we have to avoid using the almond meal as the crust will get crumbly.

    COCONUT OIL:

    • We use coconut oil as it is a fantastic dairy-free substitute that helps keep the crust hard, while butter adds a rich flavor. We have to use the melted coconut oil.

    KETO SWEETENER:

    • We have to add the keto sweetener like Erythritol and Monk fruit to make the keto-friendly dish and we have to adjust the taste as we like.

    EGGS:
