How To Make

Brown butter till browned over a medium heat. Frequently stir, being mindful not to burn.
Add heavy cream after it turns golden and whisk it in. Reduce the heat to a simmer.
Add sweetener and vanilla while swiftly whisking, making sure to break up any lumps.
As the liquid starts to thicken, continue whisking intermittently for the following five minutes.
The mixture will slightly deepen and have a consistency like caramel. removing the heat
Place clusters on a dish or tray coated with parchment, then combine with chopped pecans.
Place for 5 minutes in the freezer.
Drizzle the melted, smooth dark chocolate over the clusters after 20 to 40 seconds in the microwave.

I finished them up, tasted one, and admitted defeat since I felt I might as well try to assemble something.

I told him not to try them, but happily he disregarded my advice.
These aren’t awful, he said after taking a mouthful. He gobbled the entire tray in five minutes and stated with his mouth full “These taste great.
