Keto Pecan Pie Clusters

The delicious, simple-to-make Keto Pecan Pie Clusters will satisfy any low-carb sweet taste! In the words of everyone’s favorite television painter, Bob Ross, “a happy accident” is what I really adore about this dish. I tried to make caramel turtles that were keto-friendly, but I just couldn’t get the caramel to set up properly.

How To Make

Brown butter till browned over a medium heat. Frequently stir, being mindful not to burn.
Add heavy cream after it turns golden and whisk it in. Reduce the heat to a simmer.
Add sweetener and vanilla while swiftly whisking, making sure to break up any lumps.
As the liquid starts to thicken, continue whisking intermittently for the following five minutes.
The mixture will slightly deepen and have a consistency like caramel. removing the heat
Place clusters on a dish or tray coated with parchment, then combine with chopped pecans.
Place for 5 minutes in the freezer.
Drizzle the melted, smooth dark chocolate over the clusters after 20 to 40 seconds in the microwave.
