- I use mini pepperoni slices to make it more flavorful & protein-rich; we can also add other low-carb toppings like crumbles of sausages, olives, or mushrooms to make this.

INSTRUCTION:
- Heat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Grab a baking sheet & apply the parchment paper on it.
- Take a mixing bowl and add the garlic & onion powder, baking powder, & almond flour in it.
- Mix them with the whisk.
- Grab a microwave-safe bowl and add the mozzarella cheese in the bowl.
- Microwave the mozzarella cheese for 1 minute or till it gets melted properly.
- Pour the melted mozzarella cheese into the almond flour mixture and add one egg to it.
- Combine all the components with your hands till firm dough is formed.
- Make 12 to 14 bite-size dough and put them on the sheet.
- Then flatten these balls with the finger into equal size and make the base.
- Apply one spoon of marinara sauce on the base.
- Add the slice of pepperoni on the base and sprinkle with oregano & basil with pepper powder & salt.
- Bake these pizza snacks for 12 to 15 minutes or till the edges of the crust get a nice golden brown color.
- After the pizza snacks get baked put it on the shelf for several minutes before you serve.
