INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat the oven to 400 F.
- Pick a (shallow) tray from the oven & cover it with baking paper.
- Wash the mushrooms well & then dry them using the kitchen towel.
- Remove the stems & gill.
- Now apply oil with the brush on the whole mushroom surface.
- Season it with Powdered black pepper & sea salt.

TIPS:

- Mushrooms already have lots of water so use the sauce which have the least amount of water.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Freezing the recipe of mushrooms doesn’t provide us with the best results. So, we don’t consider the freezing of this recipe.
