INGREDIENTS:

  • To taste of salt
  • 1 cup of raspberries (fresh)
  • Powder of peppercorn, to taste
  • Oil of olives, 1/4 cup
  • Two tbsp of honey (sugar-free)
  • 3 tablespoons of vinegar (white wine)
  • Half tsp of mustard (dijon)
  • Juice of a fresh lemon

INGREDIENT NOTES:

RASPBERRIES:

  • If you can’t get fresh raspberries then go for frozen ones. But if you process the frozen raspberries then you will end up with the smoothie. We recommend you to defrost the raspberries first & then process them.

OIL OF OLIVES:

  • We are using the oil of olives for this dressing. It’s not necessary to limit yourself to using simply oil of olives. You may use any other oil like oil of coconut, avocado, etc. Each oil will give a different flavor so, utilize it as your personal preference.

VINEGAR:

  • You may use white distilled/wine vinegar, or vinegar(apple cider) in this dressing. All of them will work. We recommend that white wine vinegar would taste best.

JUICE OF LEMON:

  • If the fresh lemons are not available to you, then go for bottled juice of lemon. We recommend that always squeeze the fresh juice of lemons whenever you want to use them. It will give you great taste.

SWEETENER:

  • We are using the keto version of honey here as it would combine to give us the best experience of taste. You may use any of the sweeteners(keto) as you prefer.

MUSTARD:

  • You may use the mustard of your choice. We like the strong flavor of mustard (dijon). That is why we are using that here.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place the blender machine on the counter near the socket & plug it in.
  2. Open the lid of the blender jug & include all the items into it.
  3. Close the lid in the correct way & place the blender jug on its machine.
  4. Process until the dressing is well combined.
  5. Now, include it in your daily salad to have the tasty low-carb dressing.

TIPS:

  • You may use two tbsp of any keto sweetener (powdered/liquid) in place of honey (sugar-free).
  • If you want to have a more thin dressing, go for the addition of more juice of lemon.

STORAGE INFORMATION:

  • It will be better if you keep your vinaigrette in a resealable jar. You may have to shake it again before use.

FRIDGE:

  • Keep the jar of this raspberry-flavored vinaigrette in the chiller. You may consume it for 25/30 days.

FREEZER:

  • This dressing can last up to a month in the refrigerator. Freezing is not necessary.
