- Neutral Oil like Sunflower for frying (1/4th cup)

Oil for Frying:
- Use sunflower or any other neutral oil like vegetable oil, grape seed oil or canola oil to avoid strong smell.
Shrimp chips:
- Packet of uncooked chips is use in this recipe, but you can also make these shrimp chips in home with shrimp meat and tapioca flour, form dough with these two ingredients and dehydrated them before frying.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Switch on the stove and adjust the flame to moderate heat.
- Place the frying pan on the stove.
- Add the oil into the pan for frying and then watch for it to heat up.
- Meanwhile, place the paper towel into the plate.
- Check the oil temperature with thermometer to make sure it reaches to desire temperature (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Once the oil get hot put Shrimp crackers/chips in batches in the oil.
- Fry each side for 5-10 seconds.
- When chips get fried, place it in the paper towel, so it soaks its excess oil.
- Repeat this process until all chips get fried.
