You just need eggs, cheese, cream cheese, salt, and pepper to prepare these bites. These egg bites just contain 1g of carbs, 0.02g of fiber, 1g of net carbs, and 10g of proteins.     INGREDIENTS:

    • 6 large eggs
    • ½ cup gruyere cheese (grated)
    • ¼ cup cream cheese (softened)
    • ½ tsp. salt

    • ¼ cup gruyere cheese
    • 4 slices of bacon

    SPINACH AND MUSHROOMS:

    • ¼ cup baby spinach (loosely packed)
    • ¼ cup mushrooms (sliced)
    • One tbsp. garlic (minced)

    EGG WHITES AND ROASTED RED PEPPERS:

    • 2 large egg whites

    INSTRUCTION:

    1. Using the sous vide cooker, heat the water bath to 77°C/170°F.
    2. Gruyere cheese (grated), cream cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper should all be blended until smooth.
    3. In a skillet, cook the bacon till it gets crispy, then smash it and put it in the corner.
    4. Heat the mushrooms until they are soft, and then add the spinach and garlic to the same pan and heat until they are transparent.
    5. Put the jars on the table, and then top two of them with grated Gruyere and broken bacon.
    6. Place the spinach and mushroom combination in the bottom of the remaining two jars. Then, in the last two jars, add an egg white and the red peppers.
    7. Pour the mixed egg mixture into each of the six jars.

    TIPS:

    • You can make the sous vide egg bites in the oven by transferring the mixture to the muffin tin and baking the mixture.
    • Do not prepare the sous vide egg bites in the silicon egg bite mold; because they will disintegrate as soon as they touch the warm water.

    • Different kinds of cheese like feta cheese, cheddar cheese, or Swiss cheese are used to make these sous vide egg bites.
    • Cottage cheese or ricotta cheese should be used in place of cream cheese; it will change the taste as well as increase the protein content of the sous wide egg bite.
    • You can include sausages, broccoli, ham, and tomatoes.
    • Make these sous vide egg bites creamy by adding heavy cream or whole milk to the eggs.
