My recipe for Keto Fat Bombs is prepared fast and produces tender, chewable snacks that are good for a late-night dessert or snack. These fat bombs are satisfying, low in carbohydrates, and adaptable! I added almond butter for richness, a dash of chia seeds for texture and fiber, and a variety of nuts for healthy fats because I wanted to make it diet-friendly. Keto Fat Bombs are free from sugar, sweet snacks, often called keto balls, are composed of sugar-free sweeteners, mix-ins, and healthy fats like nut butter, coconut oil, or cream cheese. These fat bombs just contain 5g of carbs, 3g of fiber, 2g of net carbs, and 6g of proteins in them.

  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds

INGREDIENT NOTES:

ALMONDS AND PECAN:

  • You could use any kind of nuts, but these are my favorite. If you want salty-sweet bombs, use salted and roasted nuts.

ALMOND BUTTER:

  • Almond butter is added to increase the fat and richness and to bind the mixture. Any smooth, drippy almond butter will work, but I especially enjoy my handmade version.

SWEETENER:

  • Powdered swerve is utilized to make these fat bombs, we can also use granular swerve; which gives a gritty texture but works fine.
CHIA SEEDS:
  • Chia seeds are added to provide some fiber and keep the explosives together.

MILK:

  • To tie everything together; I added a little unsweetened almond milk.
