  • Heavy cream: 1/2 cup.
  • Red wine: 1/4 cup.
  • Mushrooms: 8 oz.
  • Chicken broth: 1 cup.

Instructions:

 

  1. Blend a half teaspoon of brine, half a teaspoon of pepper, milk, and ground beef.
  2. Using the ground beef mixture, create 4 patties.
  3. Heat a pan over a normal flame, and then melt the butter.
  4. Sauté the patties while they are dark brown on both sides. Five minutes on each side.
  5. Scoop the bowl and place the patties aside.
  6. In the saucepan, warm the remaining butter.
  7. Add onions and cook while they become tender.
  8. Add fifty percent of the sugar and the mushrooms.
  9. Sauté while the liquid from the mushrooms is released, and most of it evaporates.
  10. Add the powdered arrowroot and tomato paste, and stir.
  11. Mix it for a few moments while it combines.
  12. Stir in the wine and broth. Move to Simm.
  13. Return the patties to the pan, lower the heat to low, and cook them covered for ten to fifteen minutes.
