The low-carb, Keto-Sweet Firecracker Popsicle are a delicious recipe. Furthermore, items like yogurt make the recipe thick. The sweet red, white, and blue hues are excellent. Ingredients:

  • Blueberries: 1/2 cup.
  • Plain Greek yogurt: 1/4 cup.
  • Sugar: 1/4 cup.
  • Milk: 1/2 cup.

Instructions:

  1. Process strawberries with a single tablespoon of sugar in a food processor.
  2. Move to a little bowl.
  3. Purée the blueberries with a teaspoon of sugar in a processor.
  4. Whisk together yogurt and two tablespoons of sugar in a separate small dish.
  5. Alternately pour the three ingredients into ten 1-ounce ice pop molds, forming three to five layers in each.
  6. Mixtures are agitating down and up with a skewer.
  7. Put in the ice pop sticks and freeze for two to three hours, or while solid.
  8. Purée the blueberries in the food processor or smoothie along with two tablespoons of honey.

  11. When firm, add the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least four hours.

  13. Serve right away.

Notes:

  • As the liquid expands it stops working, be careful not to fill the molds above the fill line.
  • Simply submerge the popsicles’ sides in warm water to release their molds; they should slip out easily.
