Low Carb Chile Burgers is the best low-carb meal to be enjoyed with your whole family. You can serve this Low Carb Chile Burgers with buns also. It has the best combination of ground beef, onions and peppers which gives you a delightful taste.

 

Ingredients:

  • Ground beef 2lbs.
  • 6 cheese slices
  • Butter 2tbsp.
  • Poblano seeded peppers, chopped 1 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce 1tbsp.
  • Liquid smoke 1 tbsp.
  • dried minced onion 2tbsp.
  • Salt and pepper

 

Instructions:

  1. Heat up the grill.
  2. Take a bowl, mix up the ground beef, onions, sauce, liquid smoke salt and pepper and then combine them well.
  3. Make 5-6 patties and grill each side properly.
  4. In the pan, sauté the poblanos in the butter and cook well.
  5. Add a slice of cheese and pepper on the top of the patties and serve with any sauce.
