  • Bacon: 10.
  • Garlic powder: 1/4 tsp.

Instructions:

  1. Slit the Brussels sprouts vertically in half.
  2. Set the Brussels sprouts in a big basin.

  4. A bacon slice should be threaded onto the skewer from one end.
  5. Put one Brussels sprout on the skewer, then wrap the bacon around it and through the skewer.
  6. Continue threading the bacon through three additional Brussels sprouts.
  7. Cook the bacon on an indirect grill for approximately eight to ten minutes, turning it halfway through, or til it is crispy and cooked.
  8. Heat for thirteen to fifteen minutes, or till the bacon is crispy at the temperature of 400 degrees.

Notes:

Brussels sprouts coated with bacon could be built using advance. When the time comes to cook the kebabs, assemble them and keep them in the freezer, closed with plastic wrap or a Ziploc bag.

Storage information:

You may keep cooked bacon-wrapped Brussels sprouts in the pantry for up to four days. It is not advised to freeze.

To reheat, either in a microwave for 60–90 seconds or the air fryer for between three and five minutes at 375 degrees.
